    the cast family

My second time doing a shoot for the amazingly wonderful (and crazy good looking) cast family, and our second beach shoot as well. They have a summer home in the Atlantic Beach area right down the block from the beach, so the beach shoot is pretty much an automatic yes!

We were rained out by the hurricane (that was really a hurricant- nothing happened that wouldn’t happen on a normal rainy day) and rescheduled. The light was fantastic and it all worked out just as it should.

    Gorgeous much?

I’m sure you remember their video from last year (you can find it here). Unfortunately, Jerry who does the videos is all layed up with a broken leg from a softball mishap this summer which requires surgery. So no video this year. Love them! Even though Daddy was my first guy ever to cry Uncle during a shoot. I’m sure lots of husbands/dad’s have thought it, but he was the first one to say it. Love them anyway. All he needs is a cigar and a cool 1940’s convertible and he’s all set to go. Full of spunk and fun and sweetness. Any better combo? And this one? I got the best hugs (all spontaneous which makes it even better) not only upon arrival, but when leaving AND even the next day when I ran into them at another beach shoot for another family. Love. A little land surfing. Complete with wipeout. Thanks for a fabulous (rescheduled) shoot!  And C? We WILL hang out this year.

    the blai family

It was like a newborn shoot. Except the newborn was a puppy instead of a baby. A gorgeous new golden retriever puppy with his gorgeous new family.

Ok, really- if the kids weren’t cute enough on their own, right?

They lost their 3 year old dog (also a golden) a few months back which was very hard on the whole family. But, they were lucky enough to get that dog’s brother. He’s so cute that he looks fake- like a stuffed animal. Love, love this sisters shot!Dad is pretty strong with all 3 of the girls hanging off of him. And how much do the girls look like their mom? And a little trampoline fun to end the shoot. Poor guy- he kept looking around in the front of the house to be sure that none of his friends were watching the photoshoot. They weren’t. Hello? Christmas card much?

    the sant family

Another repeat bsquared family who I haven’t photographed in a while but was so happy to see again. With the girls who have gotten so big and grown up, a new addition of a little boy (we became very fast friends…looooved him), and another baby on the way! Last time we did a beach shoot and this time we mixed it up with a park shoot.

Quite possibly one of my favorite shots. Ever.

Doesn’t mommy look fantastic?! They are such nice, calm, fun parents and I can’t think of anyone else better to have a 5th baby!My new boyfriend. The girls kept asking for a picture of the dolls. Love it. So, so great seeing all of you again and I can’t wait to hear the news on the new baby!! Mwah!

    the mane family

It was one of those days for a small someone who was participating (or not) in this shoot. He was just not in the mood for me or my camera. But somehow we managed to sneak a smile or two out of him anyway.

Mom is my friend from high school and I was so happy when she asked me to photograph her family for the second time and this time we had a new welcome addition- her stepson A.

Not only is she her mom’s clone, but she is full of spunky personality. It was the peekaboo that worked. It usually does.  Thanks to all of you for all your help during the shoot! It’s always great to see you. Oh, and a happy birthday to young Mr. J!!

    the demi family

I was so thrilled to be booked for this multigenerational shoot out in Quogue. And I was not disappointed once I got there. Amazing home, fantastic family, awesomely coordinating clothing, and a really fun shoot all around.

And to top it all off, a waterfall on their grounds with everyone looking at the camera at once (which is NOT easy with a group this big and including little kids!)

Mom & Dad and their children- and they are also Grandma & Grandpa with their grandchildren. Cuuuuuuteness!!!Uncle and Aunts. The whole group again, this time poolside. Again, how is it that I have the best looking clients??Everyone loves a pool bar!
Ok, really- it looks like a tropical resort, right?!And the last one of the whole big group. It was such a pleasure- thanks so much to all of you!
