doreen’s 70th surprise birthday party
I had the pleasure of photographing this lovely lady’s surprise 70th birthday at the Pequash Club a few weeks ago. If you are a blog stalker (which I hope you are), you will recognize quite a LOT of faces in the crowd as bsquared friends/clients. Doreen was VERY surprised, she had no idea at all. It was awesome!

I’ve seen this happy bunch a bunch! Baseball. So it has its good sides too. There was no baseball at our beach session (yay!) but the football made an appearance, especially as a special guest star/stand in as Simba from the Lion King (scroll down to see).

the summer 2017 bsquared calendar NOW OPEN for booking!
Can you believe it’s almost summer?! I for one cannot wait! I need some warmth, sun and sand with lots of great families to take pictures of. That’s where you come in! The calendar is a bit abbreviated this year as I will be taking the boys to move in days at their colleges* the last two weeks of August, so I will be closed for those last two weeks. I tried to put in both weekend days for the first two weeks of August so (weather permitting!) I can get your shoots in earlier in the month instead.
*The college choices are still not 100% settled for those of you asking, so stay tuned for that announcement soon (by the end of May I hope).
Looking forward to seeing your smiling faces on the beach and at parks this summer! Book now so you don’t get shut out!

One of my all time favorite extended families that I’ve shot for so many years. This year, we had some amazing locations in their East Hampton summer spot: the Maidstone and the beach. It was the best sunset I may have ever seen with candy skies reflecting on the water. And with this family in the mix, couldn’t have asked for more!

I’m baaaack! Busy season is over, vacation is also over, and now that everyone’s christmas cards have been sent out I can start to post some of my fall sessions without jeopardizing any surprises. Since I’m still in beach mode after a week in sunny, warm south Florida and basically in denial that it’s not 80s and sunny here in NY, I’m starting with a favorite family at a favorite location- the beach! This family has been with me since the VERY beginning of bsquared and helped me build my business to what it is now. We had a gorgeous night with a super huge, shiny moon. Perfect.
