bella’s senior session
We had to reschedule this session about a zillion times but it all worked out in the end! Beautiful Bella will be heading off to U of Tennessee in just about a month or so, it’s very exciting times for this young lady and her family! I had done a senior session for her older sister about 4 years ago and I am so shocked at how quickly the time went by for Bella’s turn. Wishing her nothing but the best being a Volunteer!

julia graduates nyu
Big congratulations to Julia on graduating New York University! Although we have differing opinions on her employment (she works for the Rangers. So, no. I am a huge Islanders fan if that wasn’t apparent.) I wish her nothing but the best in her very exciting future!! We had to reschedule the session a few times but finally made it work. Washington Square park was crazy busy with other graduates, but we found some spots to shoot that were a little quieter.

nick’s senior session
May as well just call him Johnny Cash reincarnated. After I found out that old school country music was his jam, especially Johnny Cash, I knew I just had to go that way with the rest of the session. He even has a bit of a Cash accent and a similar look and he sounds like him when he sings and plays guitar. So awesome! This was a combo shoot senior session/family session, but I’m only posting this part for now so the family pictures can be a surprise for the holidays. I hope Nick has a great senior year and follows his dreams!

avery’s senior session
This lovely high school senior (and her also lovely mom), met me at the park close to their NYC home. And those of you who know me and my past obsession with Edward Norton, especially in the movie 25th Hour, can understand my excitement about shooting at this park as it was featured in the movie (the fight scene). Besides the Edward Norton connection, it is also a beautiful park and I had a beautiful subject! She also just signed with her college of choice to play Volleyball- so congratulations Avery! Looking forward to seeing all the amazing things she does in life!

the madd family
Although I missed the grandparents this year, I was so happy to be able to fit this crew in for pictures. It’s their oldest’s senior year and she needed some updated pictures for events happening this year. So although it was a family shoot, we did a few extras of G. Hope her senior year is happy and NORMAL and they can celebrate her fully!
