A brand new to bsquared family from town, but they were having a little vacation out east in the Hamptons with the whole extended family. So I took a ride out to do a beach/bay shoot for them. The kids (both young and grown up) were so cute and so fun to work with, as were their parents/grandparents. Due to the baby’s bedtime, we had to shoot a bit earlier than optimal lighting hour but we made it work anyway. Just glad I got to meet them and we had a great evening for our session. And then I got carvel.
I was looking forward to hearing of this little girl’s arrival and finally I got the call! Dylan is now the little sister of the “baby for all seasons” that I’ve been photographing for a few years now, so I guess he will have to have his title changed from baby to boy? Big brother? I’m so glad I got to meet and photograph her- using some of the same props from her big brother’s session. Also, she was not having being still at all! She’s like ready to crawl already.
I know it’s been a little quiet around here- I was away on a 10 day Ireland vacation and I’m just catching up.And there’s a LOT of catching up to do!
I feel like I just photographed Cassie’s bat mitzvah a few weeks ago and now she’s off to Penn State in a few weeks. So glad to see this extended family that I”ve had the pleasure of photographing for many, many years. Weddings, babies, occassions- you name it, we did it!
So glad to be asked back again for photos this year, so the staff could actually enjoy their event! As usual, the kids (and adults) had a great time with delicious bbq, the carousel, facepainting the ice cream truck and games. Its so great they put this party on every year and I’m glad I got to participate again! I even got my hand painted (it was awards night at the high school and i didn’t think Timmy would appreciate me showing up with a full face of facepaint, but it WAS VERY tempting) and had some soft serve chocolate from the ice cream man/truck. I’ll never grow up!
So happy to work with this (big) family again! It’s blowing my mind how big they all are now. They’re so great-they even “redid” Connor’s communion for pictures with me because I was away at a wedding the weekend of his actual communion. I was so happy to see them all, and to see them all thriving!
