    katie’s communion

Right after photographing Sam’s communion I walked over to the other side of the Links and met up with sweet Katie and her family for some portraits of her special day. The sky started to clear a little bit and at least there were a few blue skies and drops of sun. But it was still windy and chilly so we worked super fast to keep smiles on everyone’s faces.

Love this one- reminds me of the snow queen.
Before you freak out, Dad was right there and had his hand about an inch from Katie’s. I just photoshopped it out. Beautiful mommy & daughter. Yay for communions!

    sarah’s communion

A beautiful young lady (who is in Timmy’s class) who recently made her communion. The weather barely held out for us, but we did get it done before the rain. There was crazy wind for the whole shoot but they were all troopers and we made it thru with some great pictures and a ton of fun, too.

Sarah’s so grown up looking and was such a pleasure to photograph.

Just a little windy…Love these two so much!A little of the devil in this one!

    the brow family

A high school friend and her family- and I think we picked the perfect location for their session with fun & vibrant colors. And people! I’ve never photographed a family who laughed as much as they did- it was so fun! The little guy is definitely the family clown and kept us all laughing the whole time.

Love both of the next two so much, couldn’t chose between them.

    kieran’s christening- part 2

Time for the party! A big shout out to Jennifer Evans Events for the fantastic party styling. (and I’m even more excited cause Jenn is coordinating Timmy’s Communion in just a few weeks!) Loved the whole nautical theme- Kieran’s dad is a big fisherman! Everyone had a great time and I’m sure you’ll find lots of familiar faces in the crowd. The party was held at the Coral House– they did a fantastic job on the renovations, the new owners are as nice as can be and the food was terrific!

A few of the details:A ton of games and crafts for the kids. The happiest, happy family! This is the whole immediate family. Mom & Dad with all their children, spouses and grandchildren. I always loooove watching them dance!A moving speech by the godmother, with tears and everything.
The man of the hour. Love his bow tie and little face. Beautiful, beautiful. A family dance to wrap up the beautiful afternoon.
