the ilbe family/baby max
You’ll be seeing lots of this family on the blog this year- I’m seeing them every few months for photos since the birth of their newest son. I love being able to watch baby Max grow (especially after his very rocky start in this world!) and see him so healthy and happy. Believe me, if there’s anyone who has a reason to be cranky with multiple surgeries and hospitalizations, this little guy does. But he’s just as smiley as could be and a joy to be around. Just like the rest of his family!
Major picture overload…

I love these days, when the baby has eyes only for mommy…
Can’t you hear him cooing??
Mom has a picture of both her older boys with the same rattle, same clenched fist.

Big brothers, who really couldn’t wait to get outside to play!!

And mom specifically requested this shot- super cute!!
I’ll be seeing them again this summer for their next session- stay tuned!! -
oscar and angela & family
Had a great shoot for this fabulous little family at their home. Mom was gifted with a bsquared session from her sisters (both previous bsquared clients themselves) and after some scheduling issues (stupid rain) we were able to finally work out their session on a gorgeous day. The boys were great and so sweet and their little girl was so cute. We lost her pretty quickly, but got in some great stuff before she was just done.

the berr family
Did a fun mini session for this great little family on a really warm, beautiful March day. Mom had won a bsquared gift card a while back and finally got to put it to use. We were originally going to do it before the holidays, but her older daughter broke both her wrists. Yes, both. At once.
She’s fully recovered and we had a great session! Gorgeous girls!!

st. baldricks 2012
So proud of all three of my boys who raised over $1400 for kids cancer research by volunteering to get their heads shaved for St. Baldricks this year! And thank you so much to all of you who donated!!
Before and afters:
Jack.
Patrick.
And Timmy.
Waiting their turn.
Jack getting shaved.
Love the hair flying everywhere.

Patrick’s turn.
The guy who did Patrick’s shave was great- I was hoping he was a local barber, but to no avail. He’s a fireman. I drove John crazy the rest of the day asking if he was the Fire Dept barber.

And Timmy getting his noggin buzzed for the first time ever.
He had his cute little smile on the whole time.

Even though we went later in the day this year to avoid the crowds (it worked!!), we still got to see a bunch of friends getting their shaves on.Ryan.
Stephen.

Kevin.
Maeve & Keely. (neither of whom shaved their pretty blonde hair).
Coach Lou.
Timmy and Sean. Sean soon decided that he wanted to do it too…
Mickey. Who’s making his communion this year so is taking the year off from the shaved head look.

And Anthony.

And Danny. Which one of these things is not like the other…
So happy that they did it! Not only because it was a great cause, but because they all needed haircuts so badly. We miss Mario!!RVC St. Patricks Parade pictures coming to the blog soon.

the fitz family
My second time photographing this great little (but growing quickly) family. Last time there was only their little boy and mom & dad, this time there were two brand new additions.
And my ongoing love of this guy and his curls continues…
The whole new family! How cute are those babies?

We tried pulling out the pacifiers for this one to not so good results (read: screaming babies) so instead of ditching the shot, we kept those babies calm and unscreaming. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Ran outside for a few last ones when the babies were DONE. He such a good smiler! So good to see you all and to meet the twins!
