the shan family
On the first chilly day here in New York, I’m editing a few beach sessions which seems like it’s self inflicted torture of a sort. This wonderful new to bsquared family was in front of my camera last month and we had a great day out at their summer Hamptons home for a session. Funnily enough, they live like 5 houses away from a longtime bsquared family (they did not find me thru that family though) who I was supposed to shoot in the same place the following evening! Hoping to see them again in the future for another shoot cause they were a lot of fun!

the karl family
A special 4 generational session for this family who were in town for a wedding. Grandma has a beautiful flower garden, kitchen garden and loves cooking and asked for some of that to be incorporated into their session, so add it we did! Love all the love in this session!

sara & ryan get engaged!
Ryan is a longtime client and to say that my head was spinning when he asked if i could come shoot his proposal photos would not be an exaggeration! I mean he’s still a little kid in my head who HATES getting his picture taken! Time does fly by! Here is our lovely and artistic rendering of how we were positioning the proposal. And here are the resulting shots from the actual proposal. She said yes! Congratulations to Ryan & Sara and thanks so much for having me along for the ride!

kipper the puppy
When I heard they were getting a new puppy after losing their beloved Henry, I knew I had to meet him and photograph him as soon as I could while he was tiny and fluffy! And he was sooooo fluffy!!!! I’m sure that by now he’s already so different looking and so much bigger. But this puppy phase was the best to capture!

the leho family
I’ve been photographing this family for years and years and I’m so sad this may be their last shoot with me. Well, it’s definitely their last shoot with me at this house. They just made a BIG move to Colorado, permanently. I’ve watched all the kids grow up and now I’ll probably only get to see their next adventures on Facebook. Hopefully, I’ll get to visit them out in their new home (I mean, pictures in Colorado? I’m so in!) and have some time to hang out with them. Wishing miss E the best of luck at Purdue starting next week! Wishing the whole family lots happiness in their new home!
