the burberry princess birthday
If you follow the blog, you will definitely remember this little burberry princess from many past shoots. And although there was no burberry this shoot, there was plenty of princess!! Katie turned 4 and celebrated in style!

They had the party at the Reebok club, which as fate would have it, is right next door to the Burberry store.
Mom made the cake and cupcakes. So cute!!
Grandmas.

And if it wasn’t enough to have a zillion little princesses around for the party, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty came too.
And did makeup, games and dancing.

Happy Birthday, Katie!!! -
the owen christening
Ok, so they were on the blog very recently for their holiday card photos, but here they are again for their baby’s Christening. You know they are one of my favorite families, so you’ll just have to muddle through another owen family post (again, with lots of familiar faces).
He’s beautiful.

And so is his big sister.

Love this one- he’s looking at me like ‘are you sure this is what’s supposed to be going on here?’
And off to the big event. So psyched I caught a couple of water droplets.
Miss K and her godparents, Mr B and his.
Grandma & Grandpa and all their grandchildren. (all familiar faces, here!)
Wishing you many blessings everyday my friends! Love to all of you!!

a little update
On my friend Robin and Joe and their baby Eoin. I’m certain that you’ll remember Eoin’s story- born very prematurely at 25 weeks. Well, just look at the boy now!
He’s doing SO great, reaching all his milestones on time for his adjusted age. He’s even starting to talk a little. And he can stack blocks like nobody’s business!
Of course he’s the apple of his parents eyes!
But pretty soon, he’s going to have to share that spotlight….with identical twin girls!!! Yup, you read that right. Huge congrats to Robin & Joe (& Eoin too). So exciting and what a surprise!
Can’t wait to start shopping for the girls and to take tons of adorable newborn twin pictures! Please keep their whole family in your prayers that the babies stay on the inside for as long as possible!! -
the dizd family
Right before (and I do mean right before) Christmas, I got to take pictures of a newborn baby girl and her lovely family (who I have photographed in the past). Their son shocked me (and I do mean shocked) with how much he wanted to take pictures, especially pictures with his new baby sister. He’s usually pretty camera shy and very busy (not an easy combination for a photographer) but he was all into sitting with his sister and giving her kisses. Loooooove him!
We did the same shot (on the left) in the same basket when her brother was a newborn.
Pretty smiles with new, peely skin. I love that combination!
I think she idolizes her big brother already!
Thanks for a great shoot of your beautiful family N & P!! Congratulations again on your baby girl. She’s delish!! -
the owen family
While I had great aspirations for some kind of year end wrap up or something today I’m being so lazy and vacationy that I didn’t get around to it. Maybe tomorrow. Or the day after that. My new tag line- Vacation. It doesn’t suck.
Another shoot lost in the holiday shuffle. A quick mini session at home for these delicious kids who have appeared here on the bsquared blog more times than I can count. Their mom was basically the starting point of my business- sending many (and I do mean MANY- like in almost all) of my first clients. I adore photographing them and am so happy that they now have a whole new baby for me to take pictures of!
Love the face on the right- please get him offfffff me!! There’s droooooool!!!
Hi, I’m K….welcome to my Christmas village.
He is the happiest baby. Ever.
Something entirely MadMen about this picture. Don’t know if it’s the lighting, the look he’s giving me or what. But I adore it.
Thanks for another fantastic shoot! Can’t wait for the christening!!!Oh, and I can’t leave this out. When B was born, Jerry from Fade to Black Video came over (on crutches no less) to film their shoot and make it into a whole ‘video your shoot’ experience for the family. I challenge you not to cry- especially at the ‘brand new brother’ part. He presented the video at the christening (pictures from the christening soon). It’s really a must watch!
