A brand new to bsquared family who I was very excited to take pictures of. They braved a pretty windy and overcast (and even a little chilly) evening at the beach to get some family pictures.
Gorgeous- and an excellent poser too!
Love this one.
Handsome boy.
Dad almost didn’t make it (I’m still not sure that he’s glad he did. You all know how the dads/husbands just looooove the picture taking process) but took the train from the city into Long Beach and a cab to Pt. Lookout. Now that’s dedication!
And this one? Well, she was challenging to get pictures of but when it was good, it was great!!
So great meeting you! Thanks for the great beach shoot.

Please excuse the minimal narrative today- I’m both sick and way behind on editing.
You may recognize both parts of this family from previous blog posts, and some of you may recognize “Miss Judy” from her music together classes and her jujewels photo jewelery.
The whole gang: brothers and sisters, and cousins too.

Hope you like your photos Judy and G. It was a fun morning! -

The sister of a good friend of mine and her family. This shoot was a looooong time in coming, we had it booked a year ago but rain and bad weather kept us from it. And rescheduling with this family isn’t easy as they are coming all the way from South Jersey. So so glad the weather cooperated this year and we had a great beach shoot! I guess sometimes you just have to be patient (which is definitely not my strong point!) But the wait was so worth it- they are gorgeous!!

Could that blue wall look any better with her beautiful blue eyes??

Sand angels! Upside down and backwards, but he still has wings!

You just don’t even want to know what I had to do to get these smiles…
So glad we got the shoot in this year and hope you think it was worth the wait too! -

Yesterday’s post was a woman who had taken my scrapbook class a looooong time ago, well, as fate would have it, today’s post also includes another friend who took my scrapbook class. Weird how the world works, huh? Anyway, when K asked me to do a shoot for her and her son to give as a gift to her husband, I was more than happy to do it. I’ve met her awesome son J a few times over the years and he always seemed like a great kid. Well, now I know for sure that he’s better than great and I loved photographing him.
Oh, his cell phone must be blowing up daily with calls and texts from all the girlies.
He so has that look. And believe me, he works the charm just as well as he works that smile. Oh, and he’s a black belt in Karate too.
But no one is above the annoyances of mom! Or the love.

Thanks to both of you for a super fun shoot. See you at graduation in June!! -

I’ve been friends with mom for a while, in fact she was one of the first people to sign up for my scrapbooking class (that I used to teach a 100 years ago or so!) So when she asked if I would come out to her summer home on the North Fork of LI for a shoot, I jumped right on it!
Not only do they have their own Kennedyesque compound out there, it includes a private beach, a private marina with boat, beautiful grounds and all the freedom their 4 boys could want to explore all day long.
Four beautiful, handsome, polite and fun boys!

A few of each of the boys.

Their house out east is amazing. Especially Daddy’s “playroom” of which he is (understandably) very proud.
How is it possible to have this much ‘goodlookingness’ in one family??
And had to get one for them in their Mets gear.
Thanks so much for a fun shoot!
