the gilm family
a brand new to bsquared family with a little girl on the MOVE. She was only happy when she was running (mainly away from me) but she had to be moving at all times. She recently learned to walk, so I guess she just wanted to exersize her freedom. She was adorable and they are expecting a new addition very soon. Hopefully soon I’ll get to photograph them all!

the kass family
My millionth time (give or take) photographing this awesome little bunch. The boys really, really dislike this day every year, but they pulled thru once again. And as a bonus, I managed not to get nailed with the soccer ball. Big thanks to Mom & Dad for getting the boys to laugh as they are soooo over me!

the leon family
Lost count how many times i’ve photographed this family (but its been a lot!). We shot at the beach this year in record time between the raindrops. If you look at the last pictures you can see we weren’t shooting between the raindrops anymore but in them. Even though we didn’t make it all the way down to the ocean as planned, i think we did ok! Hopefully next year will be less rainy but with the same big smiles.

introducing…baby evie
Baby Evie (really Evangeline- i loooooove her name!) making her debut on the bsquared blog! I’ve photographed this awesome little family for a few years now, since the now middle boy was a newborn. I felt like I was just there for that like last month, not like 3 years ago! Can’t wait to watch this loved little girl grow up!

mia’s senior session
What an amazing session I had with this gorgeous senior (and her mom & sister, too!) Mom and I have been friends since Kindergarten and this is my third time photographing their awesome family. You can find their first session with me here– funny, a similar setting & vibe to this session! When they told me they wanted to do senior pictures at the Bushwick Collective in Brooklyn you KNOW I was all about that! The location was aaaaaamazing and Mia (and mom & sister) rocked the eff out of it. It was a photographers dream! We only needed an 80s soundtrack in the background and a few cars towed from in front of some walls of art, and about 20 degrees cooler with normal humidity levels. Picture overload coming- sorry, couldn’t narrow it down.

The picture on the left reminded me of Amanda Jones in Some Kind of Wonderful as soon as I took it!
