    the onar girls

Brand new to squared, these girls were a trip. So funny and such different personalities for sisters. Both athletes and once they loosened up in front of the camera I got to see their real selves shine thru which is always my favorite thing to photograph! Another blustery cold day for this session but they were troupers.

    the zubl family

Another bright and shiny session from the fall with lots of fun and giggles on a chilly and windy day. There were numerous “coat breaks” trying to keep warm, but the running around helped. Can’t wait to start shooting again, and really can’t wait for the warm weather!

    the walt family

So happy we were able to squish in this last minute session this year for a family I love to photograph. The boys don’t enjoy the sessions quite as much as I do, but they somehow always make it thru alive (or close to it).

    the brak family

Another brand new to bsquared family who braved a very, very cold and windy day to take some pictures with me. The kids were so fun- full of spunk, giggles and energy which did a lot to keep us all warm (and moving!).

    the john family

Kinda a long story for this one, with a short session. This is one of the US Marine families I shot as part of my personal project. As it turned out that day, one of the boys and dad had a football commitment that they couldn’t break, but grandma was in from out of town. So we compromised (no way I was letting grandma out without a few photos) and took a few pictures of mom, grandma and the boys that were available and agreed to do a “real” session in the spring instead.  Please be sure to thank this great family for their service to our country! And look out for a do-over session on the blog soon.
