    bob celebrates {elf on the shelf}

    Bob, like us, celebrates multiple holidays this time of the year.

    He especially enjoyed the musical dreidels on our awesome holiday wreath given to us by the equally awesome Sullivan family.  Bob’s so cute and friendly- he makes new friends where ever he hangs out that day.  Tomorrow, Bob takes a trip outside. Stay tuned. And for those of you (Melissa G.) who are not enamored of Bob and his adventures, I will eventually get back to posting other stuff too.

    And on one business note, bsquared photography will be CLOSED for business from Monday 12/20 until Monday 1/10/11. I will still be around and blogging, but answering emails and returning calls will be sporadic until the 10th. So if you are emailing or calling to book a session for 2011, I will get back to you after the 10th if not a little bit before. Thank you!!

    meet bob {our elf on the shelf}

    So, this is Bob (named by the boys- they are slightly obsessed with the name Bob. Patrick’s Kindle is named Bob, a bunch of Lego guys are named Bob. Don’t ask cause I don’t know.) Our elf on the shelf. Although he is rarely on a shelf. Bob has been having quite the adventures since joining our family this Christmas season.

    He turns up in the most unlikely places. And as it turns out, Bob has quite the sweet tooth. It’s gotten him into trouble a few times already.

    Plus, he’s a very messy eater. Leaving me the crumbs to clean up- not cool, Bob. Stay tuned for more adventures with Bob.

    the gerr family

    These parents make the most unbelievably beautiful, chunky, wide eyed babies and their newest is definitely no exception! Had a great time photographing them again this year and meeting their new son!

    She’s still so little but makes a great big sister! Her eyes are just as big and sparkly as ever!! He has the best expressions! Favorite! The family is off to the UK for the holidays (Dad’s homeland). Hope you have a wonderful trip and hope you enjoy your pictures!!

    it’s beginning to look a lot like…

    Christmas! Even though it’s been looking like Christmas for a while around here, this is the first chance I’ve had to blog about it!

    Our tree. We changed locations this year and it seems to be working out pretty well. The tree is getting a lot more ‘view time’ in it’s new home in the den.

    The tree at the country club where we went for the annual holiday brunch. Yum. We all ate enough for about 6 people. Each.

    And no Christmas would be complete without the infamous ‘leg lamp’- the warm glow of electric sex gleaming in the window.  More from brunch. So handsome, those boys. Even when they are being pillish.  All the grandmas and grandpas joined us, too.  Grandma and Patrick discussing ancient Egypt stuff.  He kinda looks like a future president. But kinda wish he could stay little forever.  More Christmas coming to the blog soon- especially our Elf (on the shelf).

    Oh, and the very first installment of the bsquared newsletter should have hit your inbox early this morning (if you signed up to get it. If you didn’t sign up but would like to, there’s a spot at the top of the blog). Hope you enjoy it and can’t wait to hear from you on what you think of it!

    the reaga girls

    I’m sure you’ll remember these identical twin girls from the many years they’ve been friends with the boys at the beach. We had a great and quick mini session at the Garden City Hotel & then a fun and delicious sushi dinner with both families. Love combining business and pleasure!

    Mom is a real traditionalist when it comes to Christmas photos so I tried to fill her request with lots of holiday decorations.
