    the latz family

On another crazy windy day like today (except warmer, but also occasionally drizzly) we had a beach session for this beach session family! They have since moved to the area from out of state, so now it’s easier…wait. No, it’s not. They have college kids and high school kids all with insane schedules so it’s not any easier scheduling, but I’m glad we still fit it in!

I first met this family earlier last year for a communion session so I was extra happy they decided to do a fall session with me. Mom and I hit it off right away (at least I thought so!) so I was psyched to hang out with them again. The middle son’s hair. I’m just glad it wasn’t windy that day. Thats all I’m saying.

Can you remember beach days? It was like a giant tease here with the weather for a while, like winter was over, and now its freaking miserably freezing again. So, lets go to the beach again if only thru pictures. Love this crew- so full of personality, amazing connections and fun.

    The fox kids (& dogs)

These gorgeous girls and also gorgeous dogs are always a pleasure to photograph. The fall colors and their outfits were perfect. They did bring some extra help for dog wrangling which was super smart. Can’t wait to hopefully photograph them again next year!

My friend Denise is not only an amazing Pilates instructor (who is a total stickler for form. In the best of ways), she is also my much revered massage therapist and can take all of my cursing and complaining without even batting an eye. And believe me, there is A LOT of cursing and complaining. When I tell her with all sincerity “F*ck you, Denise. Just f*ck you.” during an exercise I don’t like (so that would be… ummm… ALL of them) or when she is digging her elbows into a seriously sore spot, she literally laughs and just carries on. And we’re still great friends afterwards. Honestly, I can’t recommend her enough. She’s going to be debuting a new online presence soon, including an online store of womens atheticwear and I can’t wait to see it all!
