the john family
Kinda a long story for this one, with a short session. This is one of the US Marine families I shot as part of my personal project. As it turned out that day, one of the boys and dad had a football commitment that they couldn’t break, but grandma was in from out of town. So we compromised (no way I was letting grandma out without a few photos) and took a few pictures of mom, grandma and the boys that were available and agreed to do a “real” session in the spring instead. Please be sure to thank this great family for their service to our country! And look out for a do-over session on the blog soon.

A brand new to bsquared family, that I’m very excited to say I’ll be photographing again this spring for their little girl’s first communion. She is a sweetheart and has lots of great ideas on how to pose and be awesome! Can’t wait to photograph her again soon!

Another brand new to bsquared family (but not new to me- they’re our baseball friends) that I was so happy to photograph this fall. They were a LOT of fun, with lots of personality and a good amount of patience for their crazy photographer. Looking forward to doing it again this year!

You know I’m particularly partial to a family with twins, so I was thrilled when this bunch scheduled another session with me. The kids are getting so big and are so much fun to photograph. The girls can be a little stingy with the smiles sometimes, but getting them is a total win for all of us. And little man is a great, great poser and so helpful with his sisters.

My longest running clients, I looooove shooting them every year and watching their beautiful family grow. Mom almost singlehandedly got my business started for me, sending me tons of her friends as my clients. They’ve been thru the wringer lately with tragedy after tragedy hitting them back to back so I thought posting their pictures today would be a little pick me up (I hope). Love you guys!
