jeannine’s boutique
One of my favorite stores in town, owned by a great friend (surprisingly, her name is Jeannine!) just launched the store’s website. Its a project that’s been a long time coming. She asked me to do some product photography for the site, so here are a bunch of shots of some of her products in the store. So excited to help out and have a little fun with some spring color on the blog today. Go check out the store in Rockville Centre, or her website at www.jeanninesboutique.com I promise you’ll love it, probably too much!!

sunflowers & love
A few more from the same park in Colorado. Rain on the sunflowers, and a heart shaped rock. I’m all about the love.

family {aka the shoemakers kids}
Just realized I totally forgot to post these pictures I took of the boys and all the cousins this year for my in-laws Christmas card. Yeah, never got around to making a Christmas card for us this year either. I think this was the first year I ever missed since having kids. So a 15 year run wasn’t bad. I just ran out of time. Shoemakers kids and all that.
My boys- Jack, Timmy & Patrick.

Nephews Sean, Aidan & Brendan
Nephews Quinn, James & Joey
And my awesome in-laws, Inez & John.

rain & rainbows
More from Colorado, different ends of the road at the same time. Loved the way the sun lit up the patch of rain. The rainbow was the best one I’ve ever seen.

waiting for the storm (colorado)
Finally, finally started editing the pictures from our summer 2014 trip to Seattle and Denver. Not sure I took the camera out of the bag once in Seattle, but while the boys were at baseball (where else would they be?) and after I went to the gun range (where else would I be?) I hit up a park and shot with my camera. The parks out there certainly don’t look like the parks here. Even strip mall parking lots had amazing views of the mountains, tons of untouched land and the biggest skies. I’ll be posting a few (or just one) picture a day for a bit, till I get thru them all.
