A little homework before a lot of playtime.

Its a rare occurrence these days when the big boys let me take a picture of them and let me post it. So even though this picture was not taken today, it’s today’s photo anyway. Jack in his new favorite Vineyard Vines sweater.

The boys own version of the Olympics in the backyard. Stair sledding. Jack is spending the weekend with us while his parents go on their first vacation solo- all the way to Hawaii! They went to bed around 1am last night and are back at it since 8:30 this morning. I think its safe to say they are having an awesome time.

Timmy had a basketball game this morning and I finally (because of the photo a day project motivation) remembered to bring the camera! So this is also kinda cheating cause it’s 3 pictures, and the lighting in the gym sucks, and I’m much better at taking baseball game pictures due to tons of experience, but here’s todays picture anyway:

Timmy jumping up for the pass, taking the shot and making it, and getting some congrats from his teammate. He scored 6 pts this game and was pretty excited! So glad he’s loving basketball as much as he does. Who knew?

In other news: I have a friend looking for a home for sale in town FAST!!!! They sold their house in less than one week and now need to find someplace to live in Rockville Centre. So if you know of anyone selling their home in town or if you are, can you please shoot me a message thru the blog and I will pass it along to them?
