    the doyl family

This shoot was done a little while ago, but being it’s a gift for Fathers Day, today was the first day I could post it. So…happy Fathers Day to the dad of these three, and to all the dad’s out there!

It was great photographing some ‘bigger kids’. Not that I don’t love the little ones- just was a nice change of pace.

Terribly handsome.  Beautiful and sweet. And a little shy.  I was informed that the holiday card is not complete without the dog.
Isn’t she lovely? I just love it so much when the outfits match the location perfectly!

    the smi baby & family

Somehow, even though this was an 8am shoot (agh- 8 am!!) I somehow had my game on and got some fantastic shots of this gorgeous baby and his equally gorgeous family. Going to be short on narrative again, sorry. But I know you won’t need a whole lot of explaining behind these shots!

Or I can just say…perfection.  The end.

    the mand confirmation & communion

My first confirmation shoot but not my first time doing work for this fantastic family. It was also their son’s communion earlier in the month, so we got pictures to celebrate both his communion and their beautiful daughters Confirmation.

Father Bill (who is also my friend- long story but the brief version is that we met at Fordham when we were both students in the Masters program for Social Work) was kind enough to stop by and take a few pictures with the kids. He actually baptized both of them! Stunning. Simply stunning.  And a terribly handsome young man. Always love the everpresent twinkle in his eye.

    the dale family

Ok, really short on narrative today, but these kids are beyond enough on the cuteness scale to make up for my lack of writing.

Oh, look what the stork delivered…

Mom looks so much like Julianne Moore, don’t you think? My favorite picture from the whole shoot. Love how the little one’s curl is around the big one’s nose! I think these are the faces that all kids want to make at me! Sweetest smile on the right! So glad I caught that!

    the mulv family

My second shoot for this very fun, active family. While there was an incident involving the ‘wrong’ clothing in the beginning, everything worked out okay in the end. Thanks to T for running all the way back home to pick up the right shirt!

The girls got along just long enough to get this shot! Then the fighting commenced.  The little one was scared of the vicious geese. I don’t blame her– those things are mean, especially since they all have babies now. Attack Geese. Really.

Hope you all enjoy your pictures!
