the lang boys {mini session}
These are my good friend G’s boys. She informed me that she was ‘sick of her own face’ and opted out of the pictures, but the boys did such a great job that I suppose I can forgive her (and her face, which I am not sick of).
Her boys are awesome and really ALL boy. Last year’s shoot, I took a few pictures of them up in their favorite tree in the yard. That tree has sadly been torn down (it was sick) but the boys were drawn like magnets to the trees in the park. Go figure! And I couldn’t resist a bunch in the trees there.
They are handsome devils, aren’t they?
And a big thanks to G for watching MY boys while I shot her boys. Shoots for friends are good like that. Oh, that and the fact we barter photoshoots for massages- that’s a good thing too!

the boch family
This is my very good friend, M and her beautiful family. The littlest girl is Timmy’s age and they pal out occassionally. M and I also pal out occassionally but mostly our discussions center around mismatched shoes, husbands with cleavers, maps (or lack thereof), and chocolate. Don’t ask.
M has the best laugh and is always so ready to do so. It’s a great quality in a friend, and I love to do what I can to make her laugh hard. It usually dosen’t take much.
As you can see, they are a pretty fun (and freakishly good looking) bunch.
Had a great time with you all. Thanks for making my first shoot post 40th birthday bash so easy.

the wrig3 family
This is my third shoot for this fantastic family who I’m now proud to call friends. They even made it to my birthday party earlier this month to help me celebrate and mom was nice enough to take some pictures for me (thanks again L)! I love it when clients turn into friends!!
I just adore little Miss A. She’s just awesome. Lots of outfits and lots of beach fun.
Love the hat. She’s such a diva.
You wouldn’t know it by looking at the pictures but the bugs down at the beach this day were DIS.GUS.TING. They were everywhere in swarms. Only by the water (and I mean right by the waters edge) were they not flying everywhere around us. Uch.
Probably my favorite picture from the shoot. Couldn’t decide which way I liked it better- color or black and white- so here’s both.

the wynn rehearsal dinner
I’ve known the bride for about 10 years ever since we met at Sun & Surf where she worked in the office. She ended up being the big boys very first babysitter. So when she asked me to take some pre and post wedding pictures, I was thrilled to do it!
I’m happy to say that I adore her fiance. They make a fantastic couple and there’s no doubt how happy they are together.
Snapped some at the church rehearsal and then at the restaurant for the dinner.
There were lots of presents from the bride & groom, lots of kids (can’t wait to hear how that went in the church!!), lots of family and friends. And most importantly lots of love.
Thanks for letting me share in your evening. Can’t wait for you guys to get back from your honeymoon for our Trash The Dress session!!

the gaff baby {mini session}
You might remember this little one from her big brother’s communion shoot back in the spring. Mom had wanted to capture that fleeting baby time before it was all gone, so she called and scheduled a session just for the baby. (there are 4 kids)
I think that every mommy wants a picture like this…
She woke up from her nap like this, and was nothin but smiles the rest of the time we were together.
Really, she made my job so ridiculously easy!
