the hall family
A brand new to bsquared family who I hopefully haven’t seen the last of in front of my camera. They came to me thru a longtime bsquared family that mom used to babysit for when she was a teenager. And now that family’s teenage daughter babysits these kids! So that’s pretty full circle and I love that! They were super fun with lots of energy and I want to thank them for introducing me to the “cottage in the wood” that I didn’t even know existed and now I will use a lot!!

katie & don’t press send
My friend and neighbor Katie authored her first book a few years back (and is working on a few more) entitled “Don’t Press Send” and goes across the country presenting to both parents and students at schools about being a good “cyber citizen”. I read her book when she first published it and it was excellent and thought provoking, but seeing her present was another level. So much important information for kids and adults, it’ll definitely change the way we all behave online. Or at least it SHOULD change our behavior! Mindfulness, being responsible for our online behavior, stepping away when it gets too much, not posting without permission, etc. Good rules to live by, online or off.

melissa barrett physical therapy & yoga
My second time doing head & studio shots for this lovely woman who saved me on more than one occassion! If you’re interested in my backstory with her, not only is Melissa “in my grade” (iykyk) but she gave me some amazing physical therapy for my shoulder/back and even more importantly made me be able to function after two horrible bouts with positional vertigo. I couldn’t recommend her enough! I haven’t taken any yoga classes with her or Diane, but that’s only cause I don’t do that! I need that rage yoga where everyone curses and yells throughout. Then I’ll take a class. But if her classes are even half as good as her physical therapy and vertigo fixing, they’re amazing and you should take a class!!

Troop 243 Eagle Scouts
My first time photographing an Eagle Scout Ceremony (I’ve photographed Order of the Arrow and other Boy Scouts events, but the Eagle Scout never before) and it was very interesting and fun! These boys worked so hard to achieve this honor and their families and troop were all so proud of them. Such nice families and a wonderful ceremony for the boys! Wishing them all luck in all their (bright) futures!

the pat agresti memorial softball tournament
I think this is my 3rd (possibly 4th but with covid screwing everything up, i totally lost count) year photographing this awesome event. I love shooting this day, it’s super fun and for a great cause! The foundation provided some really helpful support to people going thru hard times over the last year and with the great turnout for the softball game, they’ll be able to continue their awesome work in the community. Can’t wait till next year!
