the {extended} arra family
FINALLY starting to post fall and winter sessions now that all cards have been delivered (for a while now!). Here’s a new to bsquared extended family session that was a gift for their mom/grandma. We braved the really, really cold temps that day for a few shots outside too. Loved all the curly hair!

meghan & erich get married {getting ready}
I had the pleasure of photographing this fantastic wedding in December and I’m finally catching up on the editing. Meghan made a beautiful bride and Erich a handsome groom! Stay tuned for many more episodes of this fabulous, winter wonderland wedding!

Laura’s headshots
My friend Laura’s comedy is starting to take off and she needed some headshots to use for promotional purposes. I’m so so glad she came to see me for them!! We had a great time taking these pictures and I got the BEST text from her! THIS is why I love my job- to know I’m doing a little something to help others see themselves as fabulous as they are and capturing their personalities behind their smiles and poses. This goes for adults and kids, babies and pets. Families and singles. Weddings and parties. All of it!
And these were shot a new (to me) studio locally that I loved shooting at and will definitely be in the rotation for locations. Please reach out if you’re looking for headshots or even an indoor session while it’s gross and freezing out.

nick’s senior session
May as well just call him Johnny Cash reincarnated. After I found out that old school country music was his jam, especially Johnny Cash, I knew I just had to go that way with the rest of the session. He even has a bit of a Cash accent and a similar look and he sounds like him when he sings and plays guitar. So awesome! This was a combo shoot senior session/family session, but I’m only posting this part for now so the family pictures can be a surprise for the holidays. I hope Nick has a great senior year and follows his dreams!

avery’s senior session
This lovely high school senior (and her also lovely mom), met me at the park close to their NYC home. And those of you who know me and my past obsession with Edward Norton, especially in the movie 25th Hour, can understand my excitement about shooting at this park as it was featured in the movie (the fight scene). Besides the Edward Norton connection, it is also a beautiful park and I had a beautiful subject! She also just signed with her college of choice to play Volleyball- so congratulations Avery! Looking forward to seeing all the amazing things she does in life!
