    the lync family {mini session}

My second year shooting this fun family, but first time meeting the whole family. Dad joined us for the shoot this year and I’m so happy he did! (I think the boys were happy about it too!) And mom even jumped in a few shots.

The boys are so good looking and photogenic and always have a great time with them.

A little sitting, a little jumping, a little tree climbing…we did it all.

    the dido family

My second year shooting this lovely family, and they had a brand new addition recently.

That new addition? She also really loves her mommy. A lot.

Loved the pretty pink and green sweaters. And really loved the new monogram in Miss G’s room.

And loved the pretty Christmas dresses we caught a few in. Any longtime blog stalkers might recognize the chair in these shots from this family’s shoot last year.

It was great to see you all again!

    the beil family

This great family came to me thru a high school friend who now lives up in Conneticut. They are next door neighbors in fact.

    web37

I had a great time taking their pictures! They were so cute and funny- all of them!

Dad is being featured in a financial magazine in December so we worked in some headshots for him. Loved the library in their home and it couldn’t have worked out better. And both mom and the chair were both so fabulous, I had to take a few!

    web106

The littlest one had to be woken up from her nap for pictures. If she was cranky, you’d never know it!

Their son is so cute and although I think he was pretty anti-pictures, we had a great time anyway.

    web58

And this little one was photogenic like crazy (you were SO right, K) and we had lots of fun taking her pictures.

    web87

Daddy was quite helpful in getting laughs out of the kids- even if it took him holding a slug over my head threatening to drop it. Those of you who have had pictures with me know that I will do just about anything for a real, natural laugh & smile. Even be threatened with slugs. Ew.

Thanks you guys for a great morning in Conneticut. Hope you enjoy your pictures!

    the mori family

I think we rescheduled this shoot about 6 times before it even happened. Between bad weather, sicknesses, other things arising…BUT, we finally got it in.

    web114

These are our good friends (and my future daughter in law). I always love taking their pictures and this time was no exception!

    web36

Miss O was as photogenic and fun as ever. Loved her outfits.

    web57

    Monkey see…

    web105

Mr. G looked awesome- the brown really suited him. And yes, his eyes are really THAT blue!

    web77

Love these two- on the left you have “lady, if you don’t get that camera away from me, I will not be responsible for my actions” and on the right you have “see…smiling. Now gimme that lollipop!)

    web66

    Color?

    web96

Or black and white? (they aren’t the exact same pictures as the color versions but had to show them all cause I loved them!)

    web86

Mom was looking specifically for vertical shots of the two of them together and the whole family together. I aim to please. Get those frames ready Sharon!

Love you guys! Thanks for a fun shoot as always!

Travelling to Prospect Park in Brooklyn is never easy, but always SO worth it. Did you know that it was designed by the same people who designed Central Park? Just a little trivia for ya.

    web56

Met this fun, happy little family after battling traffic and parking. I was so thankful that they were so easy going and understanding about my delays. I knew it would be a great shoot when I saw their outfits (which mom said were a last minute thing- which was impressive in itself).

    web46

The little one was way shy- but bribing him with M&M’s was totally his currency and having daddy dance them on my head was enough to get some real smiles pop up.

And as shy as the little one was, that’s how outgoing the big one was!

Aren’t they photogenic?! Love that I got them to take some pictures on their own!!

Thank you so much for everything and for having your shoot in a park I love! Hope you enjoy your pictures!!
