    the flec kids

With everyone’s crazy schedules and a pandemic, it was like miracle we were able to get this shoot done. But I’m so glad we did! Love photographing these kids- they’re getting so grown up!

    donna’s headshots

You know when you meet someone knew and you just know they’re your kind of people? This happened with Donna, actually before we even met in person- just by text and phone- and then when we did her shoot I knew I wasn’t wrong. Even though she told me that a photoshoot is her “worst nightmare” (and that’s an exact quote), we managed to have some fun and laughs and got some great pictures too. Donna is a real estate agent and also owns her own business, NEAT Method- Luxury Home Organizing. So if you’re in the market for either one, or both, go see Donna! Oh, and check out the side eye of death from the big dog. He was not a fan of getting his picture taken either. Must run in the family!

    the hatt family

While a very unfortunate and sad family event brought them all together, this is the first time the whole family was together at once for over 2 years. Although they were on their way to a wake, they decided to get a few family pictures first. I know personally that death of a special person in your life makes you definitely know that it’s so important to take the picture when you can. Because for all of us, someday, that’s all that’ll be left besides the memories. So we tried to keep the mood as light as possible and had them enjoy being together before the rest of their day (and days following) would be filled with difficulty. So here’s another reminder– take the picture!! If you use a cell phone, disposable camera (is that even a thing anymore?) or hire a professional, it doesn’t matter. Take. The. Picture.
