    Wrapped Canvas

Ok, I have found a new favorite photography display item. REALLY love the look of this. It is a photo printed (in my case BIG at 45×31) on actual canvas which is then stretched around the back of the wooden frame. So you can even see the picture on the side as it wraps. Hung it up in the den. Am looking forward to doing some more. If you are interested in one, let me know. I’ll hook you up. 240_4082

    computer time

It seems as though I am getting pushed off the computer more and more often. The big boys love those Webkinz and that takes a lot of time. And they hover until I get off and they can log on. I mean really HOVER. It’s irritating- so much so that I just let them on. Then Timmy gets in on the act and likes to watch some of the stuff off YouTube. I saved Wishes from WDW, scenes from Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin (that would be the Buzz ride at Disney), Lime in the Coconut (say co-anut) by Kermit on the Muppet Show, my favorite…Mahna Mahna from the Muppet show, and the theme song from Josie and the Pussycats, all of which he loves and watches numerous times a day. And then makes me sing them later. So here he is at the "coputer" watching one of the above. 241_4114copy 241_4122copy

    home decor and car shots

Not much to report from the weekend. The boys had their last soccer game for the season today, the weather was bad, and there was a birthday party. All leading to no beach for the wknd. Oh well. We will definitely be down next weekend for fathers day brunch at the very least.

As promised, here are some shots of my scrapbook room and the other huge window I used for a photo. Some other stuff from the scrapbook room including some altered clipboards of the boys, some of the photo stuff on the shelves. Oh, and Timmy’s newest thing is playing in the car (don’t worry, I am always right there to supervise, the car is off, and there are no keys anywhere near the car-they are in the house). It’s always an adventure getting in the next time to see what turns on when I start the car like the wipers, or the hazzards, or the radio on 100 volume.

And I am really, really, really dissapointed with the ending to the Sopranos. I hate loose ends. I can’t believe that’s it. 240_4083 240_4085 240_4089

    today’s photoshoot/Coach

Coach has come back to haunt me! But in a good way. For those of you who don’t know, I once worked for a shoe company that bought the licence to make Coach Footwear. I was the buyer for Coach shoes. It was a great job (most of the time) and I really miss the free footwear and big discounts on the bags and stuff. Anyway, thru the "B" family, the "M" family contacted me and asked me for a photoshoot. Someone in the family works for Coach, hence all the Coach accessories in the pictures. The family was a dream to shoot-great kids and mom, and it dosen’t hurt that they all already look like models with that blonde hair and blue eyes. I hope that I did them justice. You can see the whole album on the left hand side under "the M family". 241_4151copysc_2 242_4264sc 241_4172sc 242_4202cbw 242_4222cbw

    a whole lot of games

The big boys and Daddy have been to mets games 2 nights in a row this week. They are exhausted!!! Not getting home til 10:45pm both nights, no sleep (til Brooklyn) until 11pm, up at 8 for school. But they have really been troopers-even tried to con me into watching the Mets tonight on TV instead of reading and going to bed. Here’s a recent pix of them. Don’t ask about Jack’s A’s paint-I don’t know! He really is a mets guy. 238_3832

And here is a picture of Timmy the Pirate. He loved this shirt we picked up at H&M and wouldn’t let go of it the rest of the day. He likes to stick his papi (pacifier)over his eye (like an eyepatch) and say "aaaarrrrgggghhh". Then yell "Mr. Smee". The kid cracks me up. Img_2728copy
